Backlog Operation Service

Providing customers with the service of backlog conversion to boost the process and ensure a successful migration. Moreover, depending on the organizations requirements, We provide it with the full hardware and software requirements in addition to  manpower resources that may be required by such operation.

The conversion process involves careful planning and preparation steps necessary for a proper conversion. After studying and organizing the current archive to extract the necessary information, such as the volumes of paper to be converted, the conditions and size of paper, indexing requirements… etc, our specialists start by laying out a careful plan that defines the detailed steps of the migration process.  Document preparations, such as cleaning up, photocopying, and separation of batches, is performed before actually the actual scanning and indexing work begins. The documents can then be committed to the document management storage system after being scanned, indexed and quality checked.
